Recruitment process
A job ad is posted to a job board, the candidate applies and the recruitment process begins.
An e-mail containing links to assessment tests are sent. The tests are customized for the type of job advertised.

Optional screening:
Specify a cut-off level for the stanine test score. Candidates not reaching the desired cut-off level recieve an automated declination mail after a set time and the recruitment process ends.
Video interview
A video interview is sent. The interview is customized for the type of job advertised.

Candidates take the video interview using an iOS or Android device. The replies are automatically uploaded for your viewing.
Based on test score and video interview responses, select the most fitting candidates for the job.
